Facilities
The perfect building installations and our modern mechanical equipment are tools necessary to meet the needs of our customers. Our offices and production facilities are housed at 11 km of the old national road Thessaloniki - Kilkis, in a privately owned area of 30,000 m2 within the industrial park of Neochorouda. Our building facilities are located within a privately owned plot of 20,000 m2.
Equipment
The Covered Production Areas cover an area of 2,000 m2 (90 x 22.5 x 12m height) and are fully equipped with two 2x15t cranes. The basic Mechanical equipment for processing Metal Structures of our factory is installed in this area.
- Covered storage-supply area of Raw Materials with Crane Bridge 6t 700m2.
- Independent covered area of Sandblasting-Painting 600m2
- Administration offices covering 400 m2.
- Auxiliary and storage spaces 700 m2.
The basic Mechanical Equipment of our Factory is constantly enriched and renewed. Some of the main machines are the following:
- Strand 3.000X10mm
- Cylinder 2,000x15mm
- Plasma cutting machine up to 40mm
- Oxygen - plasma CNC pantograph 27.500X3.050mm
- Submersible arc welding machine (Boom) dimensions 5.000Χ4.000X20.000mm with SAW 1000A machine
