Control and Evaluation
We undertake the evaluation of the status of each installation and the corresponding electromechanical equipment.
As status assessors we follow step by step industry standard (ISO certifications) when evaluating the overall project.
The final official documentation is compiled in writing by our competent evaluator and includes each control as well as a list of recommendations for possible shortcomings, with the aim of short or long term maintenance and repairs
The aim of our company is to provide our partners with the most efficient strategy for the management, maintenance and operation of its industrial plants, not only for today but also for tomorrow.
Areas of evaluation
- Expansion and coverage of buildings: Roof systems, stairs and stairs, doors and windows.
- Building Reinforcement: Foundations and frameworks for walls, columns and ceilings. Detection of cracks and possible leaks.
- Technical Cost Report for Proposed Interventions.
